The location of the resort is great, with beautiful beaches and easy access to nearby attractions like Isla Ixtapa. the Mini Club is a hit with kids, and the GO's are friendly and energetic. the food is varied and there are many options available at every meal. the fitness programs and sports activities provide plenty of opportunities for entertainment and staying active. the shows and nighttime pool parties are a highlight, creating a fun and lively atmosphere.
The food quality and flavors could be improved, as some dishes seemed to be trying too hard.

First-class service, BEST staff, no complaints. A gym for guests. The room had a great balcony. It was right by Playa Quieta.

Our Thanksgiving holiday was great! The hotel served two complementary drinks per person during dinner time, which was such a nice surprise. The hotel was located right by the beach, making it very convenient to enjoy some time under the sun. We also loved the variety of sports activities offered, especially the yoga classes.
The noise level was high, making it difficult to relax or have a good night sleep. Also, some of the staff was not very friendly and seemed uninterested in assisting us with our needs.

The weather during our Christmas vacation was perfect in this hotel. We enjoyed the amazing beachfront and the included ocean activities. the hotel's location was unbeatable, with everything conveniently close by and easy to find. We really appreciated the friendly and attentive staff who were always ready to assist us with anything that we needed.
The accommodations at the hotel were not up to par, with outdated furniture and facilities that showed signs of wear and tear. Some of the amenities were uncomfortable and in need of refreshing.

The beach was amazing, probably one of the best I’ve ever been to. The entire length of the beach was gigantic, chairs and palapas in abundance, and no algae. I also enjoyed the great array of breads offered at every meal and baked fresh on site. The facilities were always tidy.
The Wi-Fi connection in the rooms was always weak, even though it was supposed to be included in the rate. drinks that were included in the package had a low quality and taste that didn’t live up to expectations.
